Marinated US style loin bites with potatoes and a glass of Farnito Cabernet Sauvignon

The beauty of authentic products resides also in the fact that they are often much more versatile than someone could think. Today we would like to suggest a very mouth watering combination: US style loin bites with potatoes! We will provide a very tasty preparation, as well as our usual wine suggestion. Here’s how to prepare this incredible meal! 


To start, cut the potatoes in half, and if desired, preserve their skins. Use a nonstick skillet to heat over medium-high temperature, pour in the oil, then add the potatoes with 150ml of water for each serving. Cover them with a lid and allow to cook for about 13 to 14 minutes; once the time elapses, remove the cover and let them continue cooking for another 4 minutes until golden brown; season with salt according to your taste.


When the potatoes are being cooked, you can start preparing the loin. Put the loin in a bowl and sprinkle it with a marinade sauce of your choice, a little bit of oil, and pepper. You can make a great sauce by mixing and stirring olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, honey, mustard, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. 


Heat another non-stick frying pan with a drizzle of oil on medium heat; season your loin in this pan. Cook for around 6-7 minutes while keeping the lid covered and stirring occasionally until you notice that it has become solidly white all over and opaque throughout. Once everything is cooked, 

arrange the loin and potatoes on plates, and buon appetito!
