Nobile di Montepulciano Riserva 2015 at the New York Wine Experience
This year’s New York Wine Experience was held on October 17 to October 19. This prestigious event is organized by Wine Spectator and celebrates the best wines from around the world. Three extraordinary days are dedicated to top and rare wines in the heart of the big apple.
This year the New York Marriott Marquis Hotel welcomed thousands of experts and enthusiasts, from winemakers and sommeliers to consumers interested in wine tasting and themed seminars.
Among the many events hosted at the New York Wine Experience, the Critics’ Choice Grand Tastings played an important role, presenting 273 wines from the best wine regions in the world, all of which had been awarded 90 points or more from Wine Spectator.
Among legendary wines were the Château Margaux and Cristal, as well as our very own Vino Nobile di Montepulciano Riserva 2015 DOCG which received 92 points. This wine is characterized by its ruby red color which tends towards garnet, with an ethereal and elegant bouquet and a dry and velvety taste which has led Carpineto once again towards an important goal: “The New York Wine Experience is a great event that hosts the best wines in the world” – said Antonio Michael Zaccheo – “It was a great honor for us to participate with our Vino Nobile di Montepulciano Riserva 2015″.
After having selected the Vino Nobile di Montepulciano Riserva three times as among the best one hundred wines of the year, the US magazine Wine Spectator has confirmed Carpineto’s leading leadership at the New York Wine Experience, the most anticipated wine event in the world.
