Directly from the User from direct electronic contribution through the completion of forms found on carpineto.com. Data includes name, surname, email address etc. from carpineto.com with cookies. Cookies are information containing an anonymous and unique identifier that is sent to your browser from a web server that are subsequently stored on the User’s hard disk. The cookies are then reread and recognized by the sender carpineto.com, in the case of future connections to the site. Data obtained through cookies will be used by the Data Controller or by collaborative companies, in order to ensure easy, immediate and fast access to the portal as well as ensure easier navigation of the site.
Personal data will be processed with manual or electronic means guaranteeing the initial service requested with security and confidentiality, during the time necessary to process data for within the scope for which it was collected. Data controller prevents unauthorized access to the data.

Personal data provided by User will be used for navigational purposes as already mentioned, and for the following purposes:
Failure to provide personal data may result in the inability of the user to obtain required performance towards matters set out in points a) and b) as well as the inability of the owner to appropriately provide services, which fulfill contractual obligations, provided for in the contract of sale. Rights of the User
