Carpineto Grandi Vini di Toscana
Founded in 1967, Carpineto is a partnership between Giovanni C. Sacchet and Antonio M. Zaccheo, whose original mission was to produce a world-class red wine from the Chianti Classico appellation. This was a radical departure from the marketplace of the times when most Chianti was still produced in the traditional winemaking style.

We believe that great wines are made in the vineyard. For this reason we have devoted and still devote time and energy to the improvement of those conditions which are already in a very spontaneous nature of the place gave us. For all our productions we seek the highest standards of quality.
Tasting Room
Carpineto offers guided tours at our winery in Dudda. During the visit you can visit the areas of vinification, barrel ageing, bottle ageing, and the bottling line. Weather permitting you can stroll through the our scenic vineyards surrounding the winery.
