Winter was a busy time for events and tastings. Outstanding among them were those organized by Gibney’s W&S and McCabe’s Wines in Dublin, by Hallgarten at Claridge’s in London and the Go Wine event in Milan. The North American tour included various tastings in Chicago and NYC, with fine events held together with the Giannini brothers of Ristorante Nonna Silvia and with Nic Domonaco of Orchard Prime Meats in Illinous. Indiana was also host to a presentation of Carpineto wines at the Gamba restaurant in Merrilville, and there was another at the Onyx restaurant in Halifax, Canada. On the Australian tour for the media “launch” of Dogajolo there was an outstanding tasting at The Italian restaurant in Melbourne.
